• We'll mail your five (5) day letter via USPS Certified Mail (no signature required).

• Postage is INCLUDED for up to three (3) named tenants per address!

• We'll Serve  your fourteen (14) day notice, making  up to three attempts, on three different days, at three different times of day, within a seven day period.

• GPS date & time stamped photos will be available upon request.

• Digitally scanned documents will be stored securely online.

• We'll mail the originals back to you or your preferred attorney / law firm within ten (🔟) days of receipt or store them for up to  120 days at your request.

+ Court Filing Fee

• Include your attorney / law firm in our communication and coordinate dates & times provided by the court as they're assigned.

• Print your form for the court and submit it with the Filing Fee, the Affidavit of Service and a copy of the Notice, and a copy of the rent demand letter with all required Certified Mail tags.

• Serve the Notice(s) of Petition & Petition between seventeen (17) and ten (10) days before the court date for each named tenant individually.

• INCLUDE Postage for up to three (3) named tenants per address!

• File our Proof of Service / Affidavit of Service directly with the court in person at least  (10) days before the court date.

• Store digitally scanned documents securely online.

• Return stamped copies of the Filed & Signed Affidavit(s) of Service by postal mail.

• Provide GPS date & time stamped photos at your request.

• Determine whether 30, 60, or 90 days are required based on length of tenancy.

• Email a copy of your Notice of Lease Cancellation / Non-Renewal for each named tenant individually.

• Use the 10 Day Notice to Quit for Squatters!

• We'll Serve the Notice within ten (🔟) days and before the end of the current month; then return the original Proof of Service / Signed Affidavit of Service to you by USPS First Class Mail.

• Up to three attempts, three different days, three different times of day.

• We'll INCLUDE Postage for up to three (3) named tenants per address!

• We'll retain copies of Digital Documents and GPS Photos securely online.

• Submit your request by the 18th to guarantee pricing.
